walmart cashiers need to start reading the coupon terms. I went to one yesterday and bought several items and they said they could only take 1 of my coupons which was 3 dollars off of the visine ac because it was per transaction. Well I read it and there is no wording that says it at all. Well I’m going to take it back today and go to another. Plus I must have had a new cashier and I didn’t get any overage. Now I know why I don’t shop there very much. I forgot how they do things

I have heard from several people including a Walmart manager that they will no longer except internet printable coupons!~

My Walmart quit accepting internet coupons for toys and games. They still accept all grocery coupons but apparently there were a lot of fraudulent toy/game coupons out there. There are a lot of places that are stopping the internet coupons especially the BOGO or FREE item coupons, which really sucks!

Hey Kristin, I love your blog and this list but just to let you know you may want to go back through your list of links. Over 3/4 of the links I clicked on either the coupons were exhausted or just plain non-existent.

Contact WalMart Corporate if the store won’t accept your internet coupons. My daughter works for them and there are several cashiers that will not take coupons at all. She told the customers to contact corporate, give them the name of the cashier and the store info, date and time. I did this, the next day I had a phone call from corp, 2 asst mgrs and the store mgr. The cashiers take all my coupons now!! LOL Don’t ever take the cashier’s word for it, contact corporate!!

My Walmart no longer accepts internet coupons. The manager said it’s because too many people used fake coupons to get Playstations and other electronics so now they don’t even accept printed coupons for groceries. =(

Got 2 packs of the free BIC pens yesterday! I also printed out the Muir Glen coupons, but it looks like my Walmart doesn’t carry that brand.

The $3 coupon for the bacon wrapped steak prints out as a $1 coupon.

Thanks so much!!

To all of you who are having troubles with the Internet printable coupons being accepted!!!!!!!
If you go to the WalMart website and print the coupon policy… take it with you on your next trip. They have to follow their own policy!!!!
It’s always worked for me! Good Luck

I love your website. And I rarely try to do a Walmart trip- but some of these deals, I just have to try out.

Any suggestions for when the cashiers won’t take a $2 coupon for an item that is only $1.97?
They just flat out refuse to take it. I don’t understand what the big deal is about 3 cents. They won’t even adjust down! It is kind of frustrating- which is another reason why I go there rarely. Target ALWAYS takes my coupons!

29 Jennifer B June 4, 2010 at 10:43 pm

I’ve had that sort of problem at both wal-mart and target. I stick to it and repeat their coupon policy to them. I sometimes have to go through cust serv and mngt, but they give in, eventually. I feel silly causing such ado over $1.00 pouches of Tide, but it becomes the principle of the thing. They should be made to follow their own written policy. I follow the rules, so should they!

I have had the same problem with Walmart. Most of the clerks will not take the internet coupons.
