in Posts

Did your child celebrate Dr. Seuss’s birthday this week? My daughter is in kindergarten and she got to dine on Green Eggs and Ham for the first time. She thought it was awesome!

Here are a few awesome Dr. Seuss offers:

Kidthing is offering  four FREE Dr. Seuss books downloads!  Download Horton Hears a Who, Hop on Pop, Cat in the Hat, and Green Eggs and Ham!  This offer is only available through 3/31/10.

  • Download Kidthing 2.0 For Free
  • Go to the “SHOP” tab and type KTCODE- NEA5RAA
  • Add books to cart, checkout, download and ENJOY!

There is no credit card necessary! Just make sure to keep your browser window open during the download, so that it can complete the process.
(Thanks Money Saving Madness and Fun Saving Money !)

Walmart has quite a few books under $5 and they ship free site to store! Just go here and search Dr. Seuss and then sort by lowest to highest in price. They ship free site to store.

Plus you can go through Shop at Home and earn 2% cash back. And if you are a new member, you will get a $5 bonus on top of the cash back! Just sign up here and after logging in, search for the store in the search box and follow the link to the store’s homepage and proceed with your order like normal.

Amazon.com has Horton Hears a Who! on Blu Ray for just $12.99 or Horton Hears a Who on DVD for just $12.49. Both ship free with either a $25 purchase of Amazon.com Prime.

And for about $6 you can join the Dr. Seuss book club. Your child will receive The Cat in the Hat, Green Eggs and Ham and Go Dog Go plus a canvas tote bag. You can cancel the club after receiving the welcome shipment. It is hassle free!

No worries – it made me chuckle a little. I never see typos in your posts they are always so well proofed….just didn’t want you to have this one out there :)
