Bisquick Pancake Nation is working to make a difference in communities one pancake at a time. From now until May 31st, you can apply for a $250 grant for your qualified non-profit organization so you can host your own pancake breakfast fundraiser in your local community.

My fundraiser would be for the local food pantry. Times are rough here for a few of my close friends, and they just started to use the food pantry. Its hard to see people struggling to put food on the table. I am so blessed to use coupons and have lots of food. I donate to the pantry a few times a month.

There is a mom who is trying to get funding for a playground for her special needs daughter. The city council has approved 3 acres in our local park – but they have no money to offer. I’d love to help her out!

The local ballpark my son plays out has seen a decline in kids over the past several years. So bad, they have completely stopped the softball league, the babe ruth division has only 1 team per age group so they have to try to find teams around the city to play with in leagues. We are trying to grow again so this year we are having a special Opening Day celebration, which several parents have tried to raise money for. $250 would be so helpful for that day.

I am a teacher at a small Christian school, and I am also in charge of some of our fundraising opportunities. A pancake breakfast on a church morning would be such a blessing to our teachers who took a pay cut this year just to keep the doors open.
