Plus look for the Bluray tab at the top of the main page. Click on the tab and you will be prompted to watch a short and cute video about the benefits of Bluray. This earns 50 bonus points.

Has any lost points since the switch to the new site? I’m logging in and my point balance is 0.
i am also missing all my reward points since DMR has changed to the new site. i sent an email to guest services- and have not gotten a response! anyone else have any info? my point balance says zero and i had over 2100 ;(

Thanks Kristin. I see my points now. I did what Tiphanie suggested below. The username I usually use to login into DMR was not set as the “Primary Account”. I set it as such, logged back in and see my points. Whew!!!
Hi! I’m having the same problem…over 2000 points are now showing up as zero. I emailed them and apparently I have 2 accounts set up with the same email address so I’m supposed to use “member name recovery.” THe only problem is I CAN’T find “member name recovery” anywhere on their site. Do you know where it’s at? All I can find is password recovery. I’m ready to give up on the whole thing and kiss my points good-bye. :-( Thank you for any help!

Okay i figured it out for anyone else with 0 pints that had them. i had multiple accounts and it used one that was not th one i used. i hit not my pints under the points and it sent me an email with all my accounts and i set the one i use for this as my primary account then went back and logged intot hat account. I have my points back. WHEW!!!

Ok, when I try to sign in it is trying to register me as a new user?! I was just on yesterday, so I know I am not a new user and only use 1 set of log-in info…should I just wait and try later or register as new? Is this happening for anyone else?
I’m having the exact same problem. I even clicked to remind me of my password (which forces you to change your password). So, I changed my password. It still won’t let me log in!
I’m just going to patiently wait until tomorrow and try, try again. Then, I might freak out. lol

I had the same issue with missing points. A couple of strange happenings… first the system thought I was a new member, then when I finally got past all that I noticed my balance was 0. Right now I am not the happiest, but it is somewhat comforting to know I am not alone. Does anyone know if there is a phone number to call???

Be Careful! I just tried plugging in about 5 of these codes to make sure I had them all. A box popped up and said I had entered too many invalid codes and my account in now BLOCKED! I have emailed customer care and sure hope they unblock it. I have over 5100 points!!

Yup, I tried to enter the codes wanting to make sure I didn’t miss any and after all of them told me they were not live yet, my account was also blocked. I sent them an email today about this. I hope they respond back soon. Pretty stupid and I liked the old site better this one sucks!
My account has been blocked as well, I called customer service and they asked me for my information. They said it would take 24 to 48 hours for my account to become unblocked. They aslo said that all of the above posted codes are no longer valid.

I think the Disney Movie Rewards People need to come up with a promotion that doesnt turn them into the Code Police.
Freezing these accounts is absurd! Its there program and they should have been totally aware of people sharing codes. And yet!, they would rather hassle members with frozen accounts than create a flawed program like this.
Fix it or let it go Disney!! Its your doing, not ours!

There are new codes good today. They were sent out as a treasure hunt in an email from DMR. The answers to the hunt (which are the magic codes) are: popular (10 pts), partners (15 pts), wildflower (20 pts), online (25 pts) and Green (30 pts)

It looks like you have already used these. ;) They are only good one time.
Once you have used your own codes they are no longer valid. Each dvd has it own code. There are no copies or duplicate numbers.
