My account has been blocked. I have had 3 readers emailing me today to tell me that their accounts are blocked. Please do not enter another free code that is on the internet/this site. I don’t want this to happen to you too!
The accounts are suppose to be unlocked within 24 hours, but it’s been longer than that for me. I did email them.

Mine got locked today also.
My account was also blocked. I called customer service and it will be up and running by tonight they said. The woman was very friendly and I was only on hold for about 2 minutes. My account has been blocked since yesterday morning – so definitely more than 24 hours.
Ok They have to be the nicest customer service I’ve ever talk to. Took me a little longer cause my points were just misssing. But all sorted now.
I guess that is why I couldn’t access mine…I’ve been trying to contact them about it as well. UGH! Guess it’s nice to know I’m not the only one!
OH, and can someone share the phone number for customer service, I couldn’t find one ANYWHERE and that would be much faster than this e-mailing back and forth! THANKS
Do we have any information about why this is happening? All the codes I tried gave me the “Not live” error message. I stopped trying after about 5 codes because I read that others were getting locked out.
Why is it happening, though?
Read hip2save blog. But when they switch over to their new look/site old codes became active again.
I didn’t enter any codes and all of my points are gone! I emailed them! Hopefully they will be back! I had almost 1300 points! So sad!

I didn’t find a phone number but if it helps I found this in the terms & conditions:
Limit: Enrollee cannot enter more than 10 invalid codes within a twenty-four (24) hour period.
My points were gone yesterday, before I entered any new codes. I clicked on the words “not my points” under where the point amount should be. They sent me an email and that said there were more than one account with my email attached to it , I don’t know why, I think it is a website site problem. I clicked the one that was really mine (out of the list they provided) and clicked not mine on the others. Within minutes my points were back. I hope this helps!! I was then able to add all the points codes.
From what I understand the codes that were posted were deactivated-possibly because Disney realized that they had been posted on the facebook for DMR . Block outs usually only last 24 hours and are often from inputting too many invalid codes.

My points were gone yesterday too. I had around 4,500. I hadn’t entered any codes, I truly believe most of this is related to their new system. Customer service was great. I can now see my points again.

my account is blocked too. I ordered my Prince & Frog bag. I hope I still get it : (
