Reusable bags have really caught on. I know I personally have at least 25 of them (all free!) and I am shocked at how much they hold.

Here are the stores I know offer incentives for bringing in your own bags:

  • Target - Offers 5c per reusable bag that is used to bag your purchases
  • CVS - sells the Green Bag Tag for 99c. Bring your own bags and have them scan it and after 4 trips (must be on different days), you will receive a $1 ECB at the register.

Which stores do you shop at offer a credit for bringing your own bags?

Have you checked with your local grocery store to see if they have a baby club? If so, you should really join. They offer great benefits and coupons for parents with young children.

If you know of more, please leave a comment so I can add them to my list!

There are reports of people finding toys on clearance at their Target for 75% off! Christy at Thrifty and Thriving hit the jackpot at her local store. (See all her finds here.) And my reader Michelle emailed me to let me know she found them too!

Target clearances their toys twice a year. Just after Christmas and in July (to make way to for the Christmas toys). I usually have really great luck at these sales!

Let me know what you find!
