I will give this one more try, but I did this with my little girl and she was all excited. I sent it in to the PO BOX and had it returned saying the offer was no longer good (even though it was still within the time frame). When I e mailed Colgate about it they never responded!

I won’t try this one again. We also completed the requirements. When we went to submit for the toothbrushes we then found out that the offer had expired. I contacted colgate and they did give us the toothbrushes. I just don’t think I’d try it again.

We have tried this before too. Two years in a row. No toothbrush either time.

Does anyone know where to contact them? We’ve don it in the past as well and never received the toothbrushes. Wonder if they were to receive multiple emails from us stating the fact that we were hesitant to try again, what their response would be…

I may be the exception. I did try the program and GOT IT! I didn’t even have to contact them. I sent it in the day before the program expired (though it does seem like it expires quickly) and got it very quickly. We got to choose between Dora and Diego.

We did it in Florida, and my sister did it in Ohio – neither of us got the toothbrushes. I won’t be wasting my time on this one.
