I recently made a purchase on LillianVernon.com. I had all the items in my cart and was about to pay the listed price. I took a moment to do a simple Google search and I found a coupon code to save 20% off my purchase! That’s $9 I saved just by taking a moment to search for a coupon code.
If you have never searched for a coupon code, it’s easy. Just type in the store name and the word coupon into a search engine. If there is a valid coupon code available, you will usually find it within a link on the front page.
There are also many websites that you can use to search for coupon codes. Here are a few that I use and you might want to add them to your Favorites:
- Retail Me Not
- Coupon Cabin
- Deal Catcher
- ShopAtHome (just scroll down the merchant’s page and you will see the section where they list the discount codes)
If you use another coupon code site, please share it in the comments.
If you are new to Couponing, you might want to take a moment to read more in my Getting Started Couponing series. It will teach you how to coupon like I do!

Couponing is great and can became almost addictive! In Canada http://www.couponcodes.ca is a good one because of the range they have in my opinion.
I’ve read a few posts on here now and its an awesome blog, thanks for all your effort saving us money! haha

I also use dealigg.com and tjoos.com since not all of the websites have the exact same coupon codes :-)
