When you are choosing where you want to dine at Disney World, you might want to check out the long-time-running dinner show Hoop-Dee-Doo Musical Revue located at Ft. Wilderness campground. While you watch the Pioneer Hall Players perform skits and early song standards, you are treated to fried chicken, BBQ ribs, seasoned veggies, baked beans, corn bread and strawberry shortcake. Yummy!

There are 3 nightly shows at 5, 7:15 and 9:30 pm (currently testing 4, 6:15 and 8:30 pm until February 11th) through out the year. Tickets range in prices from $54.99 to $67.99 for adults and $27.99 to $34.99 for children 3-9. You can use the dining plan, but this show does require 2 table service credits per person.

Make sure you arrive 30-45 minutes before your showtime. In order to get to this show, you will need to either take a bus from your resort to a theme park and transfer to a bus (or boat if you are at the Magic Kingdom) to travel to Ft. Wilderness or you can drive your car to the Ft. Wilderness campground. If you do choose to drive, you will have to take internal transportation once you arrive at Ft. Wilderness as there is no parking at Pioneer Hall.

Disney World is the Most Magical Place On Earth. Be sure to learn how to make the most of your trip by reading the Disney World Training series.

Check your email to see if you got an email from Disney Movie Rewards that contains a link for $3 off a Disney Blu-ray or DVD coupon. The email is titled “Isn’t It Time You Got Rewarded?” and comes from DisneyDVD@.

This coupon is awesome because it is valid on DVDs. You usually don’t see coupons for DVDs and is perfect for Cars 2 that will be released tomorrow.

Also Big Lots has select Disney DVDs on sale for $3. Unfortunately they do not take coupons, but you could ad match at Walmart or Target and get a Disney DVD for FREE!

Be sure to read my Disney Movie Rewards tutorial if you are new to the program. Plus you can go here to catch up on all my Disney Movie Rewards posts.

You never know where you might find a coupon. I make it a habit to check the inside of every package I open to make sure it does not contain a coupon before I throw it away.

Check out this email I received from Tracy…

Today as I was opening the box of Cocoa Pebbles treats I noticed that there was some printing on the inside. I looked closer and found a 55 cent coupon! I looked all over the outside of the box and there was no indication that there was a coupon inside. There was just a note printed underneath the flap and the coupon on the inside of the box.
I thought you might want to do a post about looking for coupons printed on the inside of packaging even though the companies may not tell you it’s in there.
Just another way to get coupons!

If you are new to Couponing, you might want to take a moment to read more in my Getting Started Couponing series. It will teach you how to coupon like I do!

Saving money….. now there’s a topic we all love. Most of you are reading my blog because you want to save more money. We save at the grocery store, we save at the drug store, but there are lots of ways we could be saving and stretching our dollar and Couponing to Disney……

Do you have a money saving tip you’d love to see featured on Couponing to Disney? Be sure to email it to me!

Do you use the suggested amount of everything or do you find that you can use less and get the same results? I usually use about a 1/3 less laundry detergent then they recommend and my clothes are still clean, free of stains and still smell fresh.

Wanna learn how to save even more money? Be sure to read through all the Let’s Save Some Money posts. Keep in mind that not every tip will apply to your family and something that won’t save you a dime might save another family a dollar so no insulting the tips. You are, however, welcome to email me one at any time!
