How large was the armband that you had? Could I wear it to work under my clothes and not have people notice or is it too bulky?
Nobody notices mine. It’s very small and discreet.
I agree that the Jillian Michaels DVD gives you a great work out! It is the perfect way to start the new year if your goal is to get in shape.
