Trying to decide between booking directly with Disney and using an Authorized Disney Vacation Planner can be overwhelming. Here are the answers to frequently asked questions:
Can Destinations in Florida use PIN codes that Disney has given us?
Yes, we can book all pins, early booking for Disney Visa Cardholders, and special shipboard credits. Plus, we normally get the discounts before Disney releases to the Disney Visa Cardholders!
Can you still use Disney gift cards to pay for your trip if you book thru Destinations in Florida?
Absolutely! We are happy to help you apply the gift cards directly to your package balance.
Can I transfer my reservation from AAA to Destinations in Florida?
If a guest booked directly with AAA, they cannot transfer to us. AAA is a wholesaler and they cannot transfer that reservation. They can only transfer reservations from Disney World and they must be booked directly with Disney. If a guest booked a AAA discount room with Disney, they can transfer that reservation to us because it is booked directly with Disney.
I am so excited to learn that you offer a $50-$200 Disney gift card if I transfer my Disney World reservation from Disney to Destinations in Florida. Does the same apply to Disney Cruise and Disneyland packages?
We do not offer Disney Gift Card transfers for Disney Cruise or Disneyland, only Disney World. However, especially Disney Cruise; we watch for discounts that may save you money after you are booked. Disney Cruise rates change weekly. Many of our guests save money after they are booked and even paid in full, because we do watch for those future discounts.
You offer an additional $10 off Disney World and Universal Studios packages on top of the current special, do you do the same for the Disney Cruise?
For Disney Cruise, we do not offer the extra discount. Instead you receive a $25 shipboard credit to spend during your cruise.
How much do I need to put down to reserve my Disney vacation?
If you are booking a package, you just need to put down $200 per package. The full amount is due 45 days before your departure date.
I don’t have the full amount needed for my Disney vacation yet. Do you take payments?
Yes, absolutely! After you reserve your package and put down the required $200, you can pay as little or as much as you like as often as you like. If you would like for us to automatically bill your card on specific dates, we can do that as well! Just make sure the package is paid in full 45 days before your departure date.
I am so lost when it comes to all the options at Disney World. Where do I eat, where do I stay, what park do I go to on which day. Can you help me plan my trip?
Yes! That is a service that we offer for no cost to you. We will help you plan your days at Disney World and throughout Orlando to help you avoid the crowds, ride the attractions best for your family, and even hit the restaurants you will love! Our agents have dined at every restaurant, stayed at every Disney Resort, and have been on all of the Disney & Orlando Theme Park rides.
