One of my favorite memories of snow storms when I was a kid was of making delicious snow “Ice Cream.” I’ve carried this tradition on with my own kids and we love it! Be sure to get fresh, clean snow. Set a bowl out before a snow storm to catch the snow as it falls.
Ingredients
4 cups of fresh, clean snow
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
½ cup sugar
1 cup milk
Toppings of your choice!
Mix all of the ingredients together and top with your choice of ice cream toppings, our favorite is sprinkles because they add a little crunch and also some color. If you are more of a chocolate ice cream fan mix in chocolate milk instead of regular.
