The summer months are in peak travel season for Disney World, therefore prices go up on Disney Resorts. Unless you are lucky enough to receive a pin code, you will be paying peak season prices. Least expensive months to travel include September and January.
Expect lines at Disney World, and an increase in wait times during the summer. Since more guests are visiting, Fastpass+ and Dining Reservations fill up quicker, creating an increase in stand-by lines. Guests can avoid this by having an early start at the parks, or by staying late. Lines will peak in the afternoon at the parks.
