Strollers are everywhere in the parks. If you have one, here are 5 tips for stroller etiquette at Walt Disney World.
1. Use the stroller parking – Every attraction has a designated area for strollers. Some attractions do share one big area. There are signs that will point you to the stroller parking or you can ask a Cast Member. If you put your stroller in a non parking area, a Cast Member will move it.
2. Do not use your phone – Do not text/browse My Disney Experience while pushing your stroller. Your attention needs to be focused on what is ahead of you. One of the favorite hobbies of other Guests is stopping right in the middle of the walkway to congregate. You don’t want to ram your little one into them.
3. Don’t stop in the middle of the walkway – Pretend the walkway is a road. You wouldn’t stop in the middle of the highway would you? The same should apply when you are walking. If you need to adjust something, pull over to the side.
4. Don’t leave food in your stroller – Open food and open containers attract squirrels and birds. Other people really don’t want the creatures crawling all over their stroller trying to get to yours.
5. Walk with the flow of traffic – Don’t try to barrel through oncoming traffic with your stroller. Go with the flow of the traffic (usually on the right side of the path).

Our experience is that the majority of the time, people with strollers act like they should always have the right of way. We have had numerous times where people will barge through with strollers, and generally be inconsiderate of others.
