Even though the meals are pre-paid for there is still a magic number guests should “spend” at each meal to break even on the dining plans. For snacks, guests should look for those that cost $5.00 or more. For quick service meals guests will want to spend at least $19.10 between a meal and soda. For guests using credits on sit-down meals spend at least $40.25 between your meal, soda and dessert to break even or come ahead. Therefore, even though you may think checking prices will not be required when using the dining plans, it is. Except, now instead guests will be looking for the most expensive items eligible that appeal to them, to get the most bang for your buck.
