If you are planning a day of from the parks or aren’t purchasing park tickets at all, there is still so much to do! Here are 7 experiences that don’t require park tickets at Walt Disney World.
1. Order the Kitchen Sink at Beaches and Cream – This dessert features 8 scoops of ice cream, a whole can of whipped cream, all of the toppings the restaurant offers and lots more. It’ll set you back $29 (+ tax) but it is a fun experience to see if you can eat it all.
2. Play putt-putt golf – Walt Disney World has 2 different themed courses: Fantasia Garden and Winter Summerland. Prices run $14 for adults and $12 for children (3-9). It is a great way to spend an afternoon or evening.
3. Rent a surrey on the BoardWalk – Available in both 2, 4 and 6-person, surreys are a fun experience for the whole family. The BoardWalk is the best place for this as there is so much to see!
4. Chip & Dale Campfire Sing-A-Long – Join Chip and Dale for singing and dancing before a movie under the stars. This takes place at Fort Wilderness but everyone is welcome.
5. Art class at Art of Animation – Want to learn how to draw a Disney character? Stop by the lobby at Art of Animation to learn how to draw from an experienced Disney Imagineer.
6. Jellyrolls – Visit a dueling piano bar on the BoardWalk for a unique adult only experience. They only serve beverages so make sure you eat before you go.
7. Tri-Circle D Ranch – Visit Fort Wilderness during the day for the opportunity to tour the Tri-Circle D Ranch. You can see Cinderella’s horses and little ones can take a pony ride.

Ordered the Kitchem Sink at Beaches and Cream on one of our previous trips to Disney. There were 5 adults and we could barely finish it. It was so much fun.
