Disney World is home to amazing and thrilling attractions. However, those scared of heights may want to avoid these 9 attractions. Learn the maximum height or drop height of each attraction below.
Magic Kingdom
Astro Orbiter
Skip theĀ Astro Orbiter, which spins guests above Tomorrowland in their own spacecraft. Guests will soar at 36 feet above other guests.
Space Mountain takes guests through space on a roller coaster type attraction, with the largest drop being 26 feet. However, if the height doesn’t bother you, the darkness may.
This log fume has a fun ride through, however it ends with a 52 feet drop, through the briar patch.
You may choose to not partake in this self-guided walk through attraction, which leads guests up and then down stairs, up to 6 stories above Magic Kingdom at its highest point.
Epcot
If you can get past the take off and landing, than you may really enjoy Soarin’ Around the World, despite the height. It does depend on which row you end up in, as 1st row is 45 feet off the ground, 2nd row is 30 feet off ground and 3rd row at 15 feet off ground.
Hollywood Studios
This attraction takes guests at high speeds on a stretch-limo, while the drops are not so sudden, the upside loop will scare those afraid of heights.
The highest drop is around 170 feet! Guests never know how many drops they will encounter as each ride is random, guests can be dropped up to 4 times.
Animal Kingdom
Even though guests never leave their seats on Avatar Flight of Passage, depending which tier you end up on, it could be too much for those guests scared of heights.
Expedition Everest is an outdoor roller coaster, and those scared of heights will not find thrills on the 80 foot drop.
