The red telephone booths are a popular picture spot. They can call out but they can no longer receive calls.
There is a 3rd telephone booth over by Rose & Crown.
The coat of arms on the Sportsman building. There are numerous coats of arms throughout the pavilion.
The Tea Caddy has a thatched roof and is based on the birthplace of Willian Shakespeare’s wife Anne Hathaway.
The Butterfly and Knot Herb Garden is located to the left of The Tea Caddy. It is a beautiful area that is designed to attract butterflies.
This building has a larger second and third story. That is because in the 1600s taxes were based on the ground floor space. To pay less taxes, they built the second and third floors bigger. You’ll find this in Germany as well.
This hedge maze was influenced by the Somerleyton Hall Maze. There is a gazebo in the center where various acts perform to the delight of Guests.
The Sportsman Shoppe building is built to resemble Sir Walter Scott’s home.
There are multiple chimney styles represented throughout the pavilion. They are also painted with soot to make them look authentic.
