Disney accommodates a variety of dietary needs and vegan has recently become easier to eat at Disney World. Tasty burgers include: the Vegetarian Falafel Burger found at Sci-Fi Dine-In Theater Restaurant in Hollywood Studios, or the Grilled Vegetable Burger from Liberty Inn in Epcot. Smaller Portions
For most quick service restaurants, adults are able to order a kids meal if they wish. Consider ordering a kids meal for smaller portions. Plus, kids meals come with healthy sides such as Cuties Mandarin and a GoGo squeeZ.
Minute Maid Light Lemonade
Of course water is a must when at Disney World, however for when you need something with flavor Minute Maid light lemonade is a better alternative to soda. Minute Maid Lemonade is offered at soda fountain stations and resort refill stations throughout Disney World. Alternatively, a light pomegranate flavor may be offered. Al though it contains artificial sweeteners, it only have a 5-10 calorie count per serving and less sugar than soda.
Fruit Stands
Fruit Stands can be found in all 4 Disney World theme parks, as well as sold as Resort food courts and more. At Animal Kingdom visit Harambe Fruit Market, at Hollywood Studios, head to Sunset Boulevard for Anaheim Produce selling whole fruit, Granny Smith Apple Slices, Clementine’s, Grapes, Pineapple cup, Fresh Fruit cup and dried cranberries. In Fantasyland at Disney’s Magic Kingdom visit Prince Eric’s Village Market and at Epcot visit, Liberty Square Market for whole fruit, Apple Slices, mixed fruit and pineapple cups.
Water
Of course, perhaps nothing at Disney World is better for you than water. Staying hydrated on your Disney vacation is important and good for you! Ask for a free cup of iced water to go from any quick service. This water is filtered.
