This baked potato slow cooker recipe allows you to have your potatoes cooking while you tend to other things. One thing I hate is a cold potato and a lot of times, your potatoes are done before the rest of your meal. Try this next time you want a baked potato and all of your meal can be served hot at the same time.
- 4 baking potatoes
- 1 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
- salt to taste
- 4 squares of aluminum foil
- Prick the skin of your potatoes with a fork.
- Rub with olive oil and dust with salt.
- Wrap in foil and put in the slow cooker on high for 4½ hours or until fork tender.
