Ready to plan a cheap trip to Walt Disney World? Park Tickets are going to be the biggest expense of your trip.
One Day Tickets – I have not found a reliable option for a cheap one day ticket to Walt Disney World, but if you are traveling in September – December, you can purchase a ticket to the Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween Party or Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party for $71 – $102.
This ticket will allow you to enter the parks at 4 pm on the day of the party and the party will run from 7 pm – 12 am. So that is 8 hours of fun and since the attraction lines are short during the parties (everyone is in line to meet characters), you’ll get a lot done!
Three Day Tickets – If you plan to visit Walt Disney World for 3 days or more, you can purchase your tickets at a slight discount from Undercover Tourist.
Water Parks – If visiting a theme park is out of your budget, you could purchase a one day ticket to either Blizzard Beach or Typhoon Lagoon. A one day ticket is $60 for adults in the summer or $55 for September – early May.
If tickets are still out of your financial reach, you can still Experience Disney Magic Without Buying Park Tickets.

If you are a Florida Resident they have an awesome pass called the Florida Weekday Select. It is only valid Monday – Friday and there are some black out days like a few weeks in summer, spring break and Christmas. (But Floridians know better and don’t want to be at Disney those days either :)) It is also a park hopper. The cost is $239.63 and you put down $112 and you pay $10.64 per month. It’s interest free payments too. So if you go just 3 times it pays for itself.
