If you’re anything like me, heating up the oven in the summer is a no-go. It is way too hot already, without adding in more heat from cooking. My solution…..use the crockpot, and this recipe couldn’t be any easier.
Here’s what you’ll need:
4 chicken breasts
2 (8 oz) pkg. cream cheese
1 packet powdered ranch dressing mix
Shredded colby/monterey jack cheese
Bacon, cooked crispy
4 Hoagies, or other rolls of choice
