Slow Cooker Brown Sugar Balsamic Pork Tenderloin

  • 2 pound pork tenderloin
  • 1 tsp ground sage
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 cup water (two ½ cups)
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon corn starch
  • ¼ cup balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
Instructions
  1. Mix the sage, pepper and garlic together and rub on the tenderloin. Pour ½ cup of water in the slow cooker and place the tenderloin inside. Cook on low for 6-8 hours.
  2. Mix together the other ½ cup of water with the brown sugar, corn starch, balsamic vinegar and soy sauce in a small saucepan. Heat over medium heat and stir until it thickens. Brush on the tenderloin just before serving.
