For guests traveling to Epcot, chances are you are visiting a Festival. Epcot hosts 4 Festivals each year: Festival of the Arts, Flower & Garden, Food & Wine Festival and Festival of the Holidays. Today, we have ranked them Best to Worst. Do you agree with this list, which one is your favorite?
1. Epcot’s International Food & Wine Festival (Late August through Mid-November)
Epcot’s Food & Wine Festival name changed to Epcot’s International Food & Wine Festival in 2012 when Chase bank became a sponsor. The International Food & Wine Festival is a favorite for many guests. Visit in September for low crowds and in October for mild and pleasant weather. The premise of this festival is food (and wine), and the perfect festival for foodies.
Celebrate all things food with additional food stations and seminars. Plus, enjoy the Eat to the Beat concert series at the America Gardens Theatre. For an additional price, guests can participate in Remy’s Ratatouille Hide & Squeak Scavenger Hunt.

2. Epcot’s International Flower & Garden Festival (March through May)
Coming in 2nd is the Flower & Garden Festival. May is another great month to visit Disney World for lower crowds (before school’s get out for summer) and mild weather. Guests will enjoy foods with an emphasis on fresh ingredients for the festival.
Visit the Butterfly house and see how many different species you can find. Topiaries are a favorite to guests and make this festival unique, spot your favorite Disney Characters as topiaries. The Garden Rocks series is presented 3x/night, 7/days a week at the American Gardens Theatre. Interactive play areas and play structures will be a favorite to the young guests. The Outdoor Food kitchens will delight your taste buds with food and drink for purchase. Plus, between Future World and the World Showcase look to the water for Floating Gardens.
3. Epcot’s International Festival of the Holidays (Mid-November through December)
Formally Holidays around the World is Epcot’s International Festival of the Holidays. In recent festival years, Festival Kitchens have been added for extra food & drink offerings. Weather for this festival is the most mild of any festival, and a light jacket or sweatshirt may be necessary.
Guests will enjoy holiday entertainment, holiday kitchens and more. Past guests have enjoyed: Holiday Storytellers in each of the 11 countries, the Candlelight Processional (a guest favorite) at the America Gardens Theatre and a scavenger hunt- Chip & Dale’s Christmas Tree Spree (for an extra cost).

4. Epcot’s International Festival of the Arts (mid-January through mid-February)
Festival of the Arts debuted in January 2017. Festival of the arts is a celebration of all things art, from performance, visual and food.
Guests will enjoy Complimentary Art seminars, fun photo opportunities and interactive opportunities. Visit the food studios for artful bites and drinks. Also included is the Disney On Broadway Concert Series, which in recent years has been offered 7 days a week.
For an additional fee guests can take workshops and participate in a Scavenger Hunt. Pieces of art are also for sale, however unfortunately for this festival many do not travel to Disney for expensive artwork (then the issue of getting it home). This is the newest festival, therefore I look forward to what the future brings for the Festival of the Arts.
