This Grilled Rosemary Lemon Chicken turned out to be so good! I just love the blend of flavors and the kids thought it was delicious. Serve it with homemade potato salad and corn on the cob for a delicious meal!
- 1½ pounds chicken legs
- 1 clove of garlic, pressed
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp dijon mustard
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp dried rosemary
- ½ tsp pepper
- ½ lemon
- Combine all ingredients except for lemon in a plastic bag and add the chicken. Turn the chicken in the bag to make sure it is coated in the seasoning. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
- Grill the chicken until cooked through.
- Transfer to a piece of aluminum foil. Squeeze the juice from the lemon over the chicken. Fold the foil around the chicken and let stand for 10 minutes.
