Jaleo, to be located on the West Side, will be led by world-renowned Chef José Andrés’. There are 5 locations worldwide (USA & Mexico City), however this will be Florida’s first location and also his largest restaurant to date. Jaleo is an impressive 22,000 square feet and inspired by Spain in design and flavors. The restaurant will be its own 2-story building, with the 1st floor to feature a “grab-n-go” area.
The building itself will feature no straight lines, no cubic forms and no opaque walls for an organic and expressive feel. This is highlighted with pergolas, connecting the indoors and outdoors. Stop by for tastes of Spain such as paella, hand-carved Jamon Iberico de Bellota and Iberico pork.
This eatery is expected to debut soon, in Winter 2019 at Disney Springs.
