We are on a strict budget as well. This is what we saved/achieved in just about 2 months without using anything from our paychecks. The last month was spent amping up my Swagbucks, Redcard and cash savings thanks to the tips from all of you! Of course I had many Shop and Earn and Redcard payouts/cashback from the holidays, so our total is a little higher than what I would normally expect. But, at this rate we are going to have the trip we have always dreamed of next fall without stressing too much about certain indulgences we want. Big sigh of relief! And the bonus…My 7 year old is learning all about saving for something you really want, so glad we included her in this savings journey. To all of you that are new to this page, it’s do-able. Determination, willpower and perseverance truly pay off in the end. Off I go to add this into our existing DVA savings…WDW here we come! °o°
