Have you ever wondered how to make fluffy rice? When you order it in restaurants, have you ever noticed that it’s not one big blob of gooey mess? The trick is to put your uncooked rice in a strainer and run it under water until the water runs clear. It doesn’t matter what type of rice it is- white, brown, etc. This will remove the coating on the outside and leave you with perfectly “goo free” rice every time.
