Over the years, I have learned there is a right way and a wrong way on how to reheat bread. Whether it’s biscuits, bread sticks, rolls, etc., you can’t just pop it in the microwave and hope that they come out just as tasty as when you took them out of the oven. If you do that, your bread will reheat and draw the moisture that is left in there out. So wet a paper towel and wring it out a little bit so it’s not dripping wet. Then place the paper towel over your bread. If you want, you can even wrap it up in the towel for maximum moisture. Then microwave like normal. The water from the paper towel keeps the bread moist. You can also place a cup of water in your microwave instead of doing the paper towel trick. Either way, your bread will come out warm and taste like you just baked it.
