This Slow Cooker Tender London Broil will change your opinion on this cut of beef. It turned out absolutely amazing! It was fall off the fork tender and the cream of mushroom soup really made it taste extra moist.
- 1.5 lb London Broil
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced (I just buy the jar and keep it in my fridge)
- 1 can (10.5 oz) Cambell's Cream of Mushroom
- ½ cup of water
- ½ tsp dried basil
- ½ tsp dried oregano
- Place the London Broil in the bottom of the slow cooker. Mix the garlic, basil and oregano into the can of cream of mushroom and then pour over the meat. Add ½ cup of water. Cook on low 6-8 hours.
