I have been looking for turkey thighs for years and finally found them at Sprouts. My best friend’s favorite meal that she makes is slow cooker turkey barbecue and I really wanted to try it. I am so glad that we finally were able to. This meal is so easy and absolutely amazing!
- 4 turkey thighs
- 1 bottle of your favorite barbecue sauce
- 4 yukon gold potatoes, diced
- 1 cup baby carrots
- Place the turkey thighs in the bottom of the slow cooker. Add the diced potatoes and baby carrots. Top with the bottle of barbecue sauce. Cook on low 6-8 hours.
