How would you like to Earn Free Tickets To Walt Disney World while volunteering your services? My reader did just that and she has some tips!
You first register though this site and you pick events you want to volunteer at. Most events earn one point per hour volunteered and once you get 16 points they will mail you a one day one park ticket. But some events like the Princess Half Marathon get you a free ticket in addition to the points… so for 2 days my husband and I each got 6 points and a free Disney ticket.
Spots fill fast so make sure you check often!

Mu husband and I are interested in serving as Volunteers at designated events held at Disney World in Orlando, Florida. I would appreciate receiving an application for such….an example, the Disney Marathon, etc.

Most posts/comments I see are from previous years. Does anyone know if the program to volunteer for Disney tickets is still available? If so, does anyone know if volunteering has to be done at Disney or can volunteering be done in or near your hometown? Just in case anyone has any info, I live in Dallas/Fort Worth area. But would be willing to travel within reason. Any info greatly appreciated. My kids have NEVER been, nor have I. I would LOVE the opportunity to earn tickets to take my family. It’s my kids dream to go and they really do deserve it. They’d even be willing to volunteer for the chance to go.

Yes it is still available. I volunteer every year.

How long does it take to receive the tickets? We volunteered for marathon weekend (half and full) in January and still haven’t received anything.

Does anyone know if the one park ticket that I received for volunteering at the Marathon can be upgraded to a Park Hopper? If so, how do I do this?

When I did this before I could do volunteer work at my church or other organization. Does it have to be for sports? I can not find out any information. Help. I would love to do this. I am not working and my family could do this and earn some fun while helping others.

My Wife and Daughter and I all volunteered with a local group here in Charlotte. We collected goods and put together packages to send to the troops. The reward was 1 Park Hopper ticket for each of us! We took my Daughter (her 30th visit), and her BFF for her first visit. It was great seeing Disney through new eyes.

Is there a date you would have to use the free tickets by?
Marie says
My tickets from yesterday that we got say they expire 2/27/12 (so one year from date of issue) but the tickets do NOT have a name on them, nor are they connected to your name so you can earn tickets to use on family as well… not sure if they can be upgraded the back of the ticket says “1 Day (1 Theme Park) Complimentary”
sheri grennille says
just wanted to say how neat! i did the volunteer a day for last year’s special at my local food pantry and loved getting the free ticket (i now have a day of unexpiring park hopper for use at a later date that daughter and hubby do not go).

As far as I can tell all the events are located on Disney property… we had so much fun and hearing thank yous from all the runners was the best! There were 17,500 racers all but 500 were girls! Alot were in costume and we even saw a man dressed as a pink flamingo!
