Whether you have never been to Disney World, or have been a dozen times, not everything will have been accomplished. Between attractions, entertainment, Character meet & greets and more, Disney World has plenty of entertainment. Here are 10 Disney World Park experiences guests often overlook.
1. American History Told By The Muppets
Stop by Liberty Square in Magic Kingdom to see The Muppets Present…Great Moments in American History. Several times throughout the day guests can lookup to the windows of the colonial façade for a history lesson. Kermit the Frog, Miss Piggy, Fozzie Bear and The Great Gonzo will appear. Listen for an entertaining version of the midnight ride of Paul Revere, the signing of the Declaration of Independence and more. Many guests skip over this, or are unaware it is offered, however these sketches make for some great laughs.
2. Play Drums & Watch Pandora Drummers
Stop and play the drums is a free fun little extra many guests skip. There are actually various place to play drums in Disney World. the, watch the Pandora Drummers – Swotu Wayä, playing at various times throughout select mornings at Pandora – World of Avatar in Animal Kingdom. Guests can stop to see 3 musicians perform a traditional Na’vi Drum Ceremony. When they are not performing, guests are welcome to try these drums as well.
3. Kiss Goodnight
To catch The Kiss Goodnight, guests will have to stay until park closing at Magic Kingdom. This beautiful 2-minute presentations occurs at Cinderella’s Castle, every 30 minutes starting at park closing. It is a way to say goodnight to guests. Listen to Roy Disney’s Dedication Speech during this special nightly show.
4. Model Trains
Visit the Epcot Garden Railway at the Germany Pavilion in Epcot’s World Showcase. Guests can stop to watch 3 different trains running through the miniature Bavarian village. This installation was originally created for an International Flower & Garden Festival at Epcot, and never left. See miniature homes, churches and more.

5. DiVine
Look for DiVine amongst the foliage in Animal Kingdom, most often found in the Oasis. DiVine stands at 10 feet tall. She is performed by artist Priscilla Blight, wearing a beautiful costume designed to look like a vine. Guests will have to look closely to spot her as she discreetly moves about.

6. Discovery Island Trails
Take some time to travel the lesser known Discovery Island Trails. Guests can take this self-guided walking tour and encounter many animals, while winding around the Tree of Life. See a White Stork, Red Kangaroo, Galapagos Tortoise, Ring-Tailed Lemur and more! Stop for photos with the Tree of Life in the background as well.
7. Behind The Seeds Tour
The affordable, Behind the Seeds Tour is offered at Epcot’s Future World in the Land Pavilion. Guests will go behind the scenes on this informational, 1-hour walking tour. Visit greenhouses, a fish farm, fish while they are feeding, an in-depth look at growing techniques and more. Cost is just $25 (adults) and $20 (children), plus tax.
8. Frontierland Shootin’ Arcade
Visit the Fronteirland Shootin’ Arcade, near Splash Mountain in Magic Kingdom. This old fashioned shooting arcade is a fun break from the sun. Step under the open but covered porch of this old west style building and test your skills at the Fronteirland Shootin’ Arcade, for just a couple of quarters.

9. Ferrytale Fireworks: A Sparkling Dessert Cruise

10. Sneak Peak At Walt Disney Presents
Walt Disney Presents is a self guided attraction at Hollywood Studios, take a tour of Disney’s past, present and future. This includes sneak peaks of upcoming Disney movies and attractions. Previously found advance looks included sneak peaks of Disney’s Dumbo, Ralph Breaks the Internet, models of Toy Story Land and Star Wats: Galaxy’s Edge.
