1. Pro Stroller Tip
If you are heading to Disney with a little one in a stroller, be prepared for a sea of strollers. To make your stroller stand out in the sea of stroller parking, wrap a ribbon on your stroller handle.
2. Protect from the Sun
Most guests apply sunscreen before they hit the parks, however be prepared to protect yourself from the sun throughout the day with a travel size sun screen. This way you can reapply throughout the day as needed.
3. Ziploc Bags are Lifesavers
Pack Ziploc bags in different sizes for your trip. These are handy for leftover snacks, or to place phones, autograph books and more in during a rainfall or water ride.
4. Buy A Pop Up Hamper For $1
Prior to your trip, head to the Dollar Tree for a pop up hamper, it folds flat to easily pack and contains all dirty clothes in one area while on vacation.
5. Pack Your Own reusable Straws
Disney Parks have converted to Paper Straws on property, if this is something that might bother you, pack your own reusable straws. My favorite are silicone straws!
6. Pack Extra hangers
While your Disney Resort room with have hangers on hand, the amount is very limited. If you plan on bringing many items or garments that hold up better while hung up, pack a few extra hangers.
7. Have A Hard Copy of Plans
We live in a digital age, however having a hard copy of plans is a great back up idea! If your phone is glitching or runs out of battery, you will still have a set of plans on hand.
8. Pack per day not per person
We have all heard of horror stories on luggage getting lost. For this reason, pack per day not per person. That way if your luggage is late or lost, everyone will have items in other suitcases vs. one person being left with nothing.
9. Stroller Park Entrance Hack
If you are traveling with little ones and a second adult, consider having one adult stand in line for bag check with all the bags. Then, the other adult can swiftly walk through the no-bag check line with the stroller and kids. This avoids having little ones to wait in line to enter parks!
10. Keep Your Kids Safe
Even though Disney World is a happy place, still take precautions to keep little ones safe. First tip, is to take a photo in the morning so what they are wearing is documented. Secondly, consider temporary tattoos with your phone number, or write on the inside of their Magicband.
