This white chicken chili recipe is quick to pull together but tastes like it has been simmering all day. Using premade ingredients you can whip up a pot of this fresh and healthy chicken chili in no time.
Ingredients:
1 yellow onion diced
48 ounce box of chicken broth
7 ounce can of chopped green chilies
1 large chicken breast, cooked and shredded with a fork
40.5 ounce can of northern beans, drained
1 white chicken chili seasoning mix packet
15.25 ounce can of white corn, drained
Sauté the diced onion in two tablespoons of butter until the onion is translucent. Stir in 2 tablespoons of flour to form a paste. Add in the remaining ingredients and bring the chili to a simmer. Continue to cook for 20 minutes. Serve as is or top with your favorite chili toppings such as sour cream, shredded cheese or guacamole, enjoy!
