Disney World has dining experiences for every guest, from hot dogs and burgers to fine dining and more. If you prefer a quiet dining setting, these 4 Walt Disney World dining experiences are not for you. However, if you want added fun while you dine, enjoy these 4 interactive dining experiences.
50’s Prime Time Café
Find 50’s Prime Time Café at Echo Lake in Hollywood Studios. Dine on comfort foods in a 50’s style kitchen nook. Mind your manners while dining, such as napkin on your lap and no elbows on the table. Otherwise, guests can get a lesson on table etiquette. One rule guests can break is watching TV while eating your meal, a black & white TV will be playing clips from 1955 shows. The waitstaff, known as “family”, like to have fun. Bring your sense of humor and be on your best behavior.
Whispering Canyon Café
Whispering Canyon Café is found at Disney’s Wilderness Lodge. Bring your appetite for an all you care to enjoy buffet in a Western setting. Children will love the hobby horse races, sing-a-longs and more. Grownups are not safe from the fun either, the wait staff loves to make jokes. Dining here means antics and games, plus delicious food!
Hoop-Dee-Doo Musical Revue
Hoop-Dee-Doo Musical Revue at Disney’s Fort Wilderness Resort is fun for the whole family. This dining experience is a 2-hour dinner show featuring Western Dancing and comedy. Put your hands together and stomp your feet during the show and sing-along. Guests will also enjoy an all you care to enjoy buffet, with unlimited alcohol for those 21+. Caution, you will be laughing a lot.
Ohana’
Enjoy the Best Friends Breakfast at Ohana’ in Disney’s Polynesian Resort. This fun interactive character meal takes out the wait time for characters, as they come to your table. Guests will meet with: Lilo & Stitch, Mickey & Pluto (subject to change). Enjoy a family style buffet, where the food is brought to your table and just ask your server for replenishment. Be sure to try the Stitch Juice. For even more interaction, little ones can participate in a musical parade around the dining room led by Characters (parents can walk with child). Grab a maraca and hop in line!
