I haven’t eaten at a Planet Hollywood since I was a teenager myself, so I was excited to give it a try as an adult with teenagers. The location at Disney Springs looks so inviting with its themeing as a observatory to fit with the overall theme of Disney Springs.
We were seated where we could watch huge screens that showed clips of singers and celebrities. The kids didn’t know who most people were….oops! Maybe we need to add some culture to their homeschool studies.
All throughout the restaurant are memorabilia from popular movies and shows, athletes and musicians. The kids enjoyed looking at the items as we waited on our food to arrive.
We were dining with our friends so we have quite a few Disney food pics to show you!
My friend ordered the High Roller Sampler to split with her kids as their entree. It came with the World Famous Chicken Crunch, Texas Tostados, Buffalo Wings, Five Cheese Dip and Fried Jumbo Shrimp.
Everything was good but those Texas Tostados…oh man they are amazing!
In fact, that is what I ordered as my entree. They are crispy gyoza skins that are topped with BBQ chicken, sauteed onions, cheeses, sour cream and bbq sauce. So good!
Oh man….check out this burger my son opted for. It is the Bacon Mac-n-Cheese burger and it is huge! He ate every bite.
My daughter opted for the more traditional burger. It’s still huge!
After dining we looked at more of the memorabilia throughout the restaurant. There are 3 floors!
Overall it was a delicious meal but it was really a challenge to find anything that wasn’t fried or greasy on the menu. Definitely choose to dine here if you aren’t looking for healthier options.
