Guests can now live out their own Star Wars adventure at Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge. Guests can build their own custom lightsaber at Savi’s Workshop, go shopping in unique and well-themed shops and more. While exploring, who likes waiting? Not me! Here are 5 Ideas To Avoid Lines At Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge.
Use Mobile Ordering
Skip the line at select food locations in Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge. There are actually 3 food choices that accept mobile ordering in this galactic land. Mobile Ordering allows guests to pre-order and pay for their food through the My Disney Experience app, skipping the line at the Quick Service restaurant. This means you can pre-order your green or blue milk from the Milk Stand and more!
Get To The Park Early Or Late
For guests of a Disney World Resort check for EMH (Extra Magic Hours) early or late at Hollywood Studios. For a limited time (through 11/2/19) enjoy Extra, Extra Magic Hours! This is a great time to head to Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge and experience the land. The evening ones, especially into the 2nd hour, see the lowest lines for any Extra Magic Hour evening event. For non Resort guests consider heading to the land during peak dinner time, or later.
Dine At Oga’s Cantina
Oga’s Cantina accepts dining reservations for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Consider an early reservation to start your day in Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge. Dining reservations are accepted 180 days in advance.
Hop in Single Rider Line
Utilize the Single Rider Line for Millennium Falcon: Smuggler’s Run, if you are alone or do not mind being split up from your group. Single Rider Lines tend to move quicker than standby and this is one time-saving hack to consider.
More Advanced Reservations
There are 2 more advanced reservations to consider for this land:
- To Build your own custom droid at Droid Depot
- To Build your own lightsaber at Savi’s Workshop
If someone in your group has their heart set on one of these experiences, be sure to grab an advanced reservation to avoid a long wait or even not being able to experience. Make either reservation up to 180 days in advance.
