Did you know even if you are not staying at a particular Disney resort you may still eat at their restaurants? This is a fun way to try new food and check out different resorts. Below is a list of resort restaurants that have great reviews on both food and atmosphere.
1. 1900 Park Fare
Step into Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa to find 1900 Park Fare. Enjoy a “Supercalifragilistic Breakfast” with characters such as Alice in Wonderland, Mary Poppins, Tigger. Be sure to try a Mickey waffle at this breakfast buffet. Or, try “Cinderella’s Happily Ever After Dinner” and see Cinderella and Prince Charming during Dinner.
2. Boma – Flavors of Africa
Boma – Flavors of Africa is located at Disney’s Animal Kingdom Lodge. Choose from an African inspired buffet for breakfast or dinner. This restaurant resembles a African marketplace. Plus Animal Kingdom Lodge offers viewing areas for the animals on property through out the resort.
3. Kona Cafe
Kona is located inside Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort. Kona serves American favorites for breakfast, lunch and dinner with influences from the Sea. Plus, the Tonga Toast is amazing or try the Kona surf and turf burger deluxe and more.
4. ‘Ohanas
Find ‘Ohanas at Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort. Enjoy a breakfast with Lilo & Stitch plus friends. This family style meal includes American favorites such as eggs, smoked bacon, fresh fruits. Plus Hawaiian pork sausages and other Polynesian influences. Or choose a Hawaiian buffet Dinner with games, stories and more (non-character).
5. Yachtsman Steakhouse
Visit Disney’s Yacht Club Resort to dine at Yachtsman Steakhouse. Try the New York strip steak with peppercorn-brandy sauce and other mouth watering entrees and sides. This is a signature dining experience and a dress code is in place to dine here.
