- Step 2 Submission of Essay no more than 150 words describing why they are nominating the
Nominee and how the Nominee goes above and beyond to help others in the Nominee’s
community - Nominations: If you are not nominating yourself, Nominee must be someone who
is alive and who you know personally (e.g., a friend, family member or co-worker) and who
goes above and beyond to help others in their community. - Limit five Entries (registration and Essay)/Nominee per Submitter and/or e-mail
address.
