The Disneyland Resort Entry Plaza is located between the Disneyland Park and the California Adventure Park. The 2 park entrances are about a football field apart allowing you to truly hop between the 2 parks, no buses or trams required!
When you approach the Entry Plaza, you will first have to go through security. Security is located on the outskirts of the Entry Plaza, so you will only have to go through it once even if you hop between the parks.
You’ll also be able to rent a locker before you enter either park. Locker rentals are currently $7, $10, $11, $12 and $15 per day depending on the size. There are also lockers inside the park, but I would recommend you rent them here in the Esplanade before the park opens. It will especially come in handy if you plan to park hop.
If you need a stroller, you can rent one for $15 per day for one stroller or $25 per day for 2 strollers. There are no double strollers. You can use your stroller rental in both parks.
Guest Services can help you with tickets, accessibility needs, exchange currency, help with dining reservations and lots more. If you have a need, be sure to visit Guest Services.
In the Guest Services building, you will also find Lost and Found. If you misplaced an item at Disneyland, be sure to visit Lost and Found or call them at (714) 817-2166 from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM daily.
The Disneyland Kennel Club opens 30 minutes before the park does and closes 30 minutes after the park. You will need to read over the guidelines if you plan to utilize this service. The attendants do not walk or feed your pets, you will have to return every 4 hours to do it yourself.
If you plan to bring your own food and store in the lockers, there are picnic tables located on the far left side of the Esplanade when you are facing the Disneyland entrance. This could be a great way to save your family some money during your vacation!
