You only get 3 advance FastPass+ options per day of your vacation. Not sure which ones to pick? Here are the absolute best FastPass+ Choices at Walt Disney World:
Animal Kingdom
Kilimanjaro Safaris – When the park opens, everyone is going to head to either Kilimanjaro Safaris or Expedition Everest. By Fastpassing these 2 attractions you’ll be free to ride other attractions with little to no wait. My favorite ones to ride at Rope Drop are DINOSAUR, TriceraTop Spin and Primeval Whirl.
Expedition Everest – Pick a time in your day when a ride on this coaster will fit perfectly into your touring schedule.
Kali River Rapids – If your raft spins you around and head backwards down the waterfall, you are going to get soaked! Time your Fastpass+ for this attraction in the hottest part of the day or just before you plan to head back to the resort.
Avatar – Flight of Passage – This is the most popular ride at Animal Kingdom. This attraction offers Rider Switch.
Na’vi River Journey – If you can not get a Fastpass+ for Avatar Flight of Passage than use your selection for Na’vi River Journey.
Epcot
Frozen Ever After – This is currently the most popular attraction at Walt Disney World. If you can snag a FastPass for this, go with it. If not, go with Soarin’ and ride Test Track with the single rider line if you are okay with your children (ages 7 and up) going in different cars.
Mission Space – This attraction is a space launch simulator that takes you on a trip to outerspace. Choose from 2 courses, one more intense than the other.
Spaceship Earth – Since this attraction is located right at the entrance making it the first stop for guests who have no touring plan and you have limited choices for Group B, I would choose this one too. Group B is so limited in choices.
Hollywood Studios
Toy Story Midway Mania – This popular attraction quickly sees waits of over 60 minutes. Most people head back to this attraction as soon as the park opens. It is definitely one your party will want to ride more than once! Book a Fastpass+ for this one and head back to it at opening if you can.
The Twilight Zone Tower of Terror – This attraction is one of the most recognized ones in all of Walt Disney World. Almost everyone has heard of the falling elevator ride. Avoid the long queue by booking a Fastpass+.
Star Tours: The Adventure Continues – With the new Star Wars movies, more generations are falling in love with this saga. More fans means longer wait times. Book this one as your third Fastpass+ reservation.
Slinky Dog Dash – Ride on the coils of Slinky on this family friendly coaster, an alternative to a Toy Story Mania Fastpass.
Magic Kingdom
Peter Pan’s Flight – Unless you rush straight back to this attraction at Rope Drop, I highly suggest you book a Fastpass+ for it.
Seven Dwarfs Mine Train – This popular new attraction is one of the first things people rush to at Rope Drop. The line rarely drops below 45 minutes during the day. Book your Fastpass+ at 60 days out if you are staying on site.
Splash Mountain – This water ride isn’t really one you want to rush to at Rope Drop. Who wants to be soaked during the day? Instead, book a Fastpass+ for the hottest part of the day.
Space Mountain – This is another great attraction to use your Fastpass+ reservations for. And if everyone in your party doesn’t want to ride, you can book their Fastpass+ for Buzz Lightyear Space Ranger Spin instead. Your entire party does not have to have Fastpass+ for all the same attractions!
Big Thunder Mountain Railroad – Unless you can make it to this attraction in the first hour or so the park is open, plan on getting a Fastpass+ for it. If you book back to back Fastpass+ for Splash and Big Thunder, you can head to Splash towards the end of your Fastpass+ window and by the time you finish the ride, it will be time to use your Big Thunder Fastpass+.
Enchanted Tales with Belle – This attraction is extremely difficult to get into with the surge in popularity lately. Plan a Fastpass so you don’t spend 40+ minutes in the queue.
