The creator of the video had this to say:
On 14th October 2020 all four Disney cruise ships were together in Brest, France. Due to the Corona-Virus the ships are waiting to reenter their itinerary. Disney Magic was in dry dock for a refurbishment of it’s hull while Disney Fantasy and Disney Dream were moored and in standby mode. Disney Wonder was heading to Dover with a ahort stopover in Brest for crew exchange which led to this unique view.
