My reader Kat sent in a tip to have characters sign an autograph mat. Once you return from your Disney vacation, you can put a photo that was taken on your trip into the frame and hang it. This is a great way to display your autographs instead of keeping them tucked away in a book.
You can purchase autograph mats at your local craft store (I have found them at Michaels and used a 40% off coupon). Before you leave for your trip, cut 2 pieces of cardboard a little bit bigger than the size of the autograph mat. Find a bag that it can fit in and store the autograph mat between the 2 pieces of cardboard so that it won’t bend during your trip.

Love that idea, definitely going to try that next time! Last DCL cruise we did we took tee shirts from the Disney Store for autographs and the kids LOVE wearing those now.
