It is 5 months until our group trip to Walt Disney World…. are you excited? I know I am! I am hoping that a lot of you are able to join my family, but if you aren’t, you can still save along with us for your own financial goals!
I haven’t done a deposit in a while because preparing for the baby has kept me so busy! I do keep track of everything though so when I have time to write this post, I have everything ready to go!
$22.09 – Cashed in a bunch of change. I took a picture but lost it! Ooops. I like to take my change to Coinstar and select Amazon gift card. I get the change converted into an Amazon gift card code and then I take the equivalent out of my bank account and transfer it to savings. I buy a lot of stuff on Amazon (like the Quilted Northern toilet paper) so I find this the easiest way to convert my coins into cash in my savings account.
$11.59 – $5.50 in change, $1.46 check and $4.63 check from Barnes and Noble for the eBook settlement
$415.51 – It’s been a few years since I put the kids clothes in the consignment sales in our area. So I got a bunch of clothes together and put them through the sales and saved the checks. I cashed them all at once for more of an effect. ;)
$54.63 – Rewards earned on my Disney Visa card from April – May
$40 – Won an oil change from the raffle at school. It was great because we needed to change the oil!
