A Walt Disney World vacation is about enjoying your time. Disney has many additional services that you can pay extra for while on vacation. Below are a list of 5 additions that will cost guests extra.
1. Memory Maker Photo Package Price Increase
Next time you visit Walt Disney World you will pay a little bit more for your memories. The price hike on the Memory Maker packages begins on June 7, 2017.
Advance purchase of Memory Maker now costs $169, was $149 (when made at least 3 days prior to your stay). A same-day purchase will now cost $199, was $169.
2. Night Of Joy Tickets On Sale Now For 2017
The annual Christian Concert will take place on September 8th & 9th for 2017. This is a ticketed event. Tickets are now on sale!
2017 Line up:
September 8th Performers: Colton Dixon, Danny Gokey, Matt Maher, MercyMe, Natalie Grant, Rend Collective, TobyMac and Zach Williams.
September 9th Performers: Amy Grant, David Crowder, Jeremy Camp, Jordan Feliz, Kirk Franklin, Steven Curtis Chapman, Tye Tribbett
Plus this year introduces a new ticketing structure for the event.
3. Express Transportation Summer Pass Sales Start June 5, 2017
Express Bus transportation was recently introduced as an add-on service for guests. Express Bus Transportation allows guests with park hopper to pay an extra fee to have access to an exclusive bus stop within the 4 main Walt Disney World Parks.
Just announced for Walt Disney World pass holders is the Express Transportation Summer Pass. For just $59.00 per guest this pass allows unlimited use of this service from June 5 through July 31, 2017. Sales for this pass begin on June 5, 2017.
4. “Day Cruise Around The World” Available For Guests Starting June 2017
Set sail around the world, with views of Epcot’s World Showcase that is, on Disney’s newest Day Cruise opportunity. “Day Cruise Around the World” departs from Disney’s Yacht Club Resort at Bayside Marina.
Step aboard a Disney pontoon boat. Then cruise around Cresent Lake and the World Showcase lagoon. Each boat can hold up to 10 guests for the 1-hour ride. Included in price is soft drinks and snacks. Or choose to purchase food and drinks off the menu for an additional price.
The cost is $149 (excluding tax & gratuity) per boat.
5. ‘The Music of Pixar Live!’ Offers Guests Dining Packages With Reserved Seating
Coming to Theater of the Stars on May 26, 2017 is The Music of Pixar Live! at Disney’s Hollywood Studios. Disney also announced 2 dining packages that give guests dinner and reserved seats to the show. In fact, one package even includes reserved seating for Fantasmic as well.
