My experiences:
I’ve eaten here quite a few times. It is so good! For dessert, I get a sundae. Just ask the cashier to stamp your receipt and you can present it for a sundae when you are ready for it (within 90 minutes of ordering).

We just returned from our first family WDW vacay. Stayed at Pop for 4 nights. We travelled with a 2 year old and 5 month old. Honestly, we couldn’t wait to check out of this hotel! The room was small and dirty. Breakfast at this restaurant was the most hectic and stressful 30min of our entire 14 day trip (including flying with a sick baby). I know there are people who love PC Resort. Definitely not me. If the rooms are that dirty, it makes me wonder, what’s the kitchen like?
We love POP! It is the only Disney place that we have stayed. We may try others in the the future. My 5-yr-old son has over 20 allergies, and we were on the dining plan. He can’t have any of the typical kids food (mac-n-cheese, pizza, hotdog, hamburger, chicken, etc) due to all of his allergies. I wish I remembered the chef’s name, but he was soooo great to him (as all the chefs at Disney were). He called several times before our trip to make sure he had stuff on hand that my son could eat. He cooked very yummy shrimp for him, and we were allowed to get the allergy friendly caramel popcorn as his dessert with his meal or a snack credit. My Mom and I shared a meal one day while waiting on the bus to the parks, and it was great! The Tie-Dyed Cheesecake is a great snack credit, and I got a ice cream sandwich cookie another day as a snack credit!
Thanks for the tip on getting your receipt stamped for a sundae for later. We have eaten there alot and did not know this. Love your blog, learn something new all the time.
I love the tie-dye cheesecake, too!
My husband and I have stayed at a variety of WDW resorts, and this is by far, our favorite resort quick service restaurant. They have a great variety of options for every meal and the portions are so big, the two of us could even share a breakfast! I agree with the previous posters that the tie-dye cheesecake is delicious! Cashiers were also very helpful on our first visit when we were trying to figure out the nuts and bolts of the dining plan.
I loved pop century while we were there. We mainly ate a late lunch there. We would go back to our room for a nap. A must with a toddler. The food was really good and a wide variety!
I had no clue about being able to get a Sundae for a dessert with your meal. Wish we would have known that. We tended to get the cakes for dessert and save them for breakfast the next morning.
We stayed at Pop this past June. We got a bottled drink with our meals to take back to our room and used our mugs during the meal.
The Tye-Die Cheeseckae was fab. I also loved the Mediterranean Flatbread.
We LOVED eating here! We were pleasantly surprised at the variety. Everything we ate was very good. We were there in January, so there were no long lines. The fish special was our favorite.
We stayed at this resort last year when we went on vacation. We were a little upset at the fact that if you get the dining plan you get a refillable drink mug, and we asked that if we could replace the extra drink with a snack instead. We were told no they did not substitute. We stay at the All Star Movies the year before, and they do allow you to substitute that drink for a snack. We were told it is the resorts choice to do that, so not every one opt to. Hope this helps. Otherwise we liked the resort, but we prefer the Movies, and can’t wait to check out the Art of Animation resort soon!!
We stayed there in April during spring break and they let us use a drink as snack. Sometimes they even let us use our mugs plus a drink and counted it as part of our meal. We didn’t charged for it at all. Maybe it depends on the cashier?
Just a suggestion… We used our refillable mug for the drink that we were drinking with our meal and then got a bottled drink (gatorade, juice, etc.) as the drink on the dining plan and saved it to take with us to the parks.
I was just going to say that!
Yummy!!! The tie-dye cheesecake is delicious!!! Love the variety of food choices for each meal. You can get a large pizza for 2 meal credits – plenty big to share and fun to eat out by the pool.
