We dined here on our last day in the World for brunch. The food was all wondefully prepared and the service was great! It wasn’t very crowded and it was the first week in August. Its a great way to see the resort as we were at the Beach Club. The Eggs Benedict was delicious :) and the entire meal was a great ending to our trip!!
My husband and I ate here on our best Disney vacation ever! We were also staying at Grand Floridian, but if you’re not, it’s a great way to get to see what is, in my opinion, the most beautiful resort on property. The food is delicious; especially the Grand Marnier-infused chocolate fondue!
Our family of four loves the GF Cafe! The atmosphere is laid back, the service is great and the food is beyond amazing!!! My 14 yr old RARELY eats meat of any kind, but loves the chicken at GFC and actually ate a couple bites of my steak. That’s a major endorsement from her. My advice, if you have the chance to eat there, DO IT! We’ve never been dissatisfied any of our meals there.
We stayed at the GF in March. We had dinner our last night at the Cafe. Food was excellent and service was exceptional.
This is probably my favorite restaurant at Walt Disney World – it makes me feel like I’m in the Victorian days. I love the decor, the colors and the food is amazing.
We had not pre-planned all of our meals when we went to WDW in 07 so we went to the concierge to see if any restaurants were open. GF cafe’ was open so we had supper there. It was PHENOMENAL! Hubby, daugher (4 1/2 at that time) and I all got steak dinners and they were delicious. I would give it 5 stars hands down!!!
Even though you’re in a swanky hotel that you can probably not afford to stay in, with your tourist clothes on and your camera out, they don’t treat you any differently than if you were in a tux and ball gown. I loved it!!!
