We love portobellos! The antipasta platters are awesome! I’ve tried the duck- divine! The pastas are great. We haven’t had a bad thing there and Ganni is the best wine steward around!
I ate here once or twice many years ago and it was really good! Don’t know why I haven’t made it a point to go back – something to think about for our next trip!
My husband and I ate here with another couple on NYE 2011 before we caught the La Nouba show. My husband and I both ordered the Chicken Farfalle as our entrees (nothing spectacular), but the martinis (Pomeberry and Fragolini) are excellent. The service was impeccable.
We ate here quite a few years back and found the food quite delecious and we would deffinetly eat here again.
I am so glad to read Amanda’s review. We are having our 25th vow renewal luncheon there in August! Can’t wait!
My mom and I ate here once a couple years ago and have gone out of our way on numerous occasions in the time since then to experience the scrumptious food again and again. The menu is filled with a variety of excellent “authentic” Italian choices. Our favorite is the Bucatini (“Long pasta tubes with tomato, guanciale, garlic, chili pepper, olive oil,” as described on the menu), which we fell in love with on the first visit, and never fail to order on any given visit. The service is always wonderfully helpful and pleasant. We’ve always visited in the afternoon for lunch, and the atmosphere is quiet and refreshing after the intense sensory-overload that is the busy streets of Downtown Disney. The porch is a great place to sit: it’s shaded, cool, and quiet; and the views of the lake, Saratoga Springs Resort, and Fulton’s (the big ship-shaped restaurant “floating” next door) is relaxing. Highly recommended from a frequent Disney visitor and restaurant patron!
