Things To Remember
You do not need to purchase a regular park ticket in conjunction with your party ticket, however you may not use your party ticket to enter the Magic Kingdom until 4 pm the day of the party (if they still allow early entry this year. We won’t know for sure until the day of the first party.)
The party starts at 7 pm. There will be exclusive parades, shows and character meet and greets as well as other promotions.
If you do not have a ticket to the party, you will be escorted out of the Magic Kingdom by 7 pm. They take these parties very seriously and verify that you are in fact a party ticket holder many times throughout the party.

My family does the Christmas Party every year- they will let you in as early as 5pm! I always ask at the hotel when checking in to be sure, and have never had a problem showing up before 7pm. This gives you 2 extra hours for rides, but right at 7pm they do start checking for bracelets.
I would love to do this for my family but can’t go to Florida we live in Nevada and can only go to California with our current money situation. Is there any info for the Halloween Party at Disneyland?
We went last year and they are very strict on these parties we watched them escort a party of atleast 15 or more out of the park after doing a surprise wrist band check inwhich the family didn’t have. So be sure to have thebproper tickets n bands to save you and your familt that embarassment.
YAY! I was waiting on the dates for MVMCP and hoping our tentative itinerary would hold up! Btw, I transferred my reservation to destinations in florida after reading about them in your blog. It was a really easy transfer and I am looking forward to having help with all those reservations!
It looks like we planned our trip exactly right! However, I don’t think the tickets are on sale yet for Mickeys Very Merry Christmas party, do you know when this happens?
